“I would love to live like a river flows, carried by the surprise of it’s own unfolding.” John O’Donohue
About Me
In 2014 while on a sixteen day raft trip in the Grand Canyon, I experienced a profound awakening which led me on a journey into the mysteries of the personal and collective unconscious. As I became attuned to my senses, what Carl Jung referred to as the psychoid opened up and I experienced a flood of mystical and synchronistic events that continue to trickle today. These events became the content for the stories I love to share.
As I recovering left-brainer, I found myself searching for knowledge about felt and subjective experiences. As a result I participated in many workshops and training programs leading to Holotropic Breathwork® certification, Soul Centered Coaching & Depth Psychology certification, and a variety of non-credentialed shamanic and esoteric practices. These trainings and personal study have provided some helpful context for describing ineffable experiences.
I live in Salmon Arm, BC Canada surrounded by mountains and just above the magnificent Shuswap lake.
