Governing Laws & Jurisdiction

Please note: I am domiciled in Canada and this agreement falls under the laws and jurisdiction of British Columbia and Canada, which has exclusive jurisdiction to hear any complaint, demand, claim, proceeding or course of action, whatsoever arising from or in connection to our sessions.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with their subject matter or formation, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therin. The courts of the Province of British Columbia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the subject matter or formation, including non-contractual disputes or claims, of these Terms.
